This was exactly what we wanted ans needed. Cheap and cheerful! Its basic but clean and comfortable and has incredible views. Really lovely setting and adorable sheep and dogs on site! The hosts and other guests were super friendly and the place had a very happy chilled atmosphere. Large communal area to relax in and on site parking. I recommend taking the breakfast out to the lawn and enjoying the views!
Well organised and comfortable place in great location. Enjoyed our stay here very much, very relaxing. Beautiful scenery and island. Would help to have sharper knives in the kitchen to cook with, otherwise great amenities
Clean, comfy, superb communal kitchen/dining room/lounge, well-located on the island and with fantastic views. Great value. We'll definitely be back for another family holiday.
Omg! What can say! Beautiful views, place, the family room had its own toilet and shower. So clean and well kept. Lovely people. Kitchen was well equipped with everything. Even freebies like salt, vinegar, marmite, the list gose on... plenty of fridge and freezer space to put stuff in and labels provided. BBQS and seating outside for the nice weather.
Stayed in an ensuite room, clean with a comfy bed. Spacious common area, kitchen and lounge. Plenty of fridge space for storage. Lovely sea views. Sheep and lambs all around to amuse children. Don't expect luxury as it's a cross between a B&B, modest hotel and a youth hostel with s chance to socialize with others if you want to. Unlimited cereal and toast at breakfast. Only negative comment would be the poor sound insulation between rooms and the corridor - but no noise disturbed us after 11pm.
More like a hostel. Beds were not in configuration shown on website. 5 staying in two rooms which should have been 3. Won't go into details but awkward. Very British did not complain. Kitchen well equipped but got busy at times.Ate out mostly. Will stick to hotel or rent a house in future.

Great place and amazing value for money. All you need. Facilities and the room were very clean and comfortable. All you need. Good atmosphere. The location is convenient for exploring Mull and food shopping, the nearest SPAR (in Salen) is just 6 km away. I would come back. Highly recommended.
